Keys must be collected before 19:00. Arrivals after 19:00 will be subject to a charge of EUR 30.
These apartments are in different locations throughout Venice and there is no reception desk. You will be scheduled for an appointment with one of the staff members who will wait for you at the apartment. Supplying your arrival time (including updates on delays etc) is therefore essential, and will ensure a smooth check-in process for all concerned.
Only the number of guests declared at the time of booking is allowed. Additional guests will be allowed in the booked accommodation only upon approval and at an extra fee per person per night. This includes children under 5 years of age.
